JOB DETAILS: The job involves checking and archiving purchase invoices, issuing sales invoices, monitoring cash flow and bank account balances, processing monthly payments, and tracking accounts receivable.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Verify and record purchase invoices. Issue sales invoices.
- Monitor and report on cash fund receipts and disbursements, and bank account balances.
- Pay the monthly fees.
- Track accounts receivable.
- Compile and report all company expenses and rental apartment costs.
- Credit card expense report.
- Trade union finances (income and expenditure).
- Other tasks as required by the Manager.
REQUEST:- No experience required.
- Graduated from college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Quick-witted, hardworking, and with a proactive attitude.
- Maintain confidentiality, be honest, and be careful.
- Being able to communicate in BASIC English is an advantage.
