• Monitor receivables and payables.
• Receive and check domestic and foreign sales/purchase documents, update to accounting software.
• Monitor, collect and pay due debts.
• Reconcile monthly debts with suppliers to avoid missing debts.
• Monitor sales contracts and processing contracts.
• Issue domestic sales invoices.
• Accounting for cost allocations into accounting software to calculate costs. Training if no experience.
• Tax declaration (if any)
• Methodical training roadmap from A->Z for new employees.
