Job Description

• Verify the validity of the input invoice and enter it into the input software.
• Enter and track your bank balance, and obtain monthly statements.
• Review payment records and create payment orders, prepare debt acknowledgment documents (most orders are processed online).
• Monitor and manage accounts payable, and reconcile accounts payable periodically with suppliers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly accounts receivable reports as required by management.
• Prepare VAT tax returns and other reports as required by law.
• Pay VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax (if applicable).
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for financial institutions, provide required documentation…
• Coordinate with relevant departments (HR, operations, sales, etc.)
• Store and organize accounting documents in a systematic and compliant manner.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
