- Job details: Accounting and tracking of material costs, labor costs, and construction machinery costs for each contract and project item.

• Summarize production and business costs by project.
• Monitor and prepare payment records for completed work (AA, AB, acceptance reports) with the client and subcontractors.
• Accounts receivable management: Detailed tracking of accounts receivable from the client and accounts payable to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and internal management reports as required by the Board of Directors.
• Payroll processing and monthly salary payments.
• Other assigned tasks

- Job requirements: College or university degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

• At least one year of experience
• Honest, dynamic, proactive, quick-witted, responsible in work, closely monitoring implementation and ensuring completion of assigned tasks on time.
• Proficient in using accounting software (Misa, Fast, etc.) and MS Office.
• Master the regulations on taxes (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc.) and related legal regulations.
