WORK CONTENT
Gather invoices and documents from departments and record them in accounting books
Receive original payment documents from departments to scan and send to the accounting team in HCM, track delivery - receive back original documents in Tay Ninh - HCM.
Update accounting data to Accos accounting software
Participate in periodic inventory counts with the accounting team as assigned.
Manage the company's payable debts and advances.
Monitor daily exchange rates and prepare CLTG reports at the end of the month
Prepare reports and allocate electricity usage for the entire camp
Coordinate with the team to store accounting documents according to the assignment and arrangement of the team leader.
Prepare related reports and other accounting operations as requested by superiors
