Job Description

work content
• Accounting for all transactions arising from accounting vouchers on AMIS, MISA and SMART SHEET software
• Follow up on advances, refunds and payment requests from departments
• Record export - import - inventory of raw materials and goods.
• Prepare vouchers, check the validity and legitimacy of accounting vouchers and rotate them according to the enterprise's process.
• Follow up debt of customers, suppliers and collect debts
• Manage internal accounting and tax documents
• Perform banking-related tasks: Establish UNC, get sub-book, withdraw checks, open guarantee...
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly revenue and expenditure reports or ad hoc reports at the request of the chief accountant
• Perform other tasks assigned by the chief accountant
