Responsible for checking books, figures, reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial statements.
II. MAIN TASKS 1 Accounting book management:- Record and check accounting entries related to economic activities arising during the company's period.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting system
- Perform and check daily income and expenditure according to regulations
- Store and process accounting data
- Inventory control management
- Calculate production cost
2 Prepare financial reports and manage budgets:- Prepare financial reports, tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT) monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Analyze and evaluate the costs incurred to propose optimal solutions.
3 Compliance with laws and tax administration:- Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations under current laws
- Work with tax authorities, auditors or banks as required.
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1 Requirement:- Female 22-35 years old
- College or university graduate majoring in accounting, auditing or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and current tax regulations
- Proficient in related software: Excel, Misa
- Ability to analyze, organize and manage work independently
- High sense of responsibility, careful, detailed and honest
2 Experience:- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who have worked in the F&B field
