Planning and purchasing:

- Plan the supply of goods, packaging and raw materials for production.

- Work directly with suppliers on: purchasing items, goods, delivery progress, checking and comparing quantity, import documents: domestic and foreign.

- Prepare contracts, quotes, related documents, papers and images.

- Track, place orders and finalize numbers for domestic and foreign suppliers, resolve issues when suppliers deliver goods.

- Import/export goods, coordinate with departments to handle arising issues during the delivery process. Ensure goods are not out of stock according to production plan.

- Track revenue and expenditure, reconcile customer and supplier debts and confirm with accountants

- Make reports on canceled goods, returned goods, manage inventory, perform daily inventory for necessary items, periodic inventory, and other tasks assigned by management.
