Search for domestic and foreign suppliers as required.
Analyze, compare and negotiate to provide the best price for Sales department.
Quotation for Sales department
Negotiate contract terms with suppliers when closing orders.
Drafting Contracts with Customers (from Business) and Contracts with Suppliers as agreed.
Follow up orders (with both NCC and Customers) and coordinate with Production and Sales Department to ensure goods are delivered in accordance with the agreed requirements of the Contract.
For goods imported from abroad, negotiate, close orders and coordinate with service units to import goods, inspect goods, .. until the goods arrive at the warehouse.
Regularly evaluate supplier quality; Find new and expand new suppliers with more quality.
