JOB DETAILS:
Monitor production progress and ensure that finished products meet the planned targets.
Perform other tasks as required by the management and direct supervisor.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact and communicate with customers via phone, email, and text message to provide advice and resolve any issues that arise related to their orders.
Receive customer complaints and feedback; coordinate with relevant departments to handle them promptly.
Plan order fulfillment, enter and update completed production quantities in the system.
Track and monitor orders, delivery schedules, and delivery results.
Prepare regular/ad hoc reports on the plan, progress, and effectiveness of implementation.
REQUEST:
Experience in planning/production/order coordination is an advantage.
Strong planning, progress tracking, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Email).
Careful, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
