Job Description

• Search and consult customers who need to use the service
• Customer care, support customers during the ordering process and during the shipping journey of the order.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out assigned tasks.
• Propose business development strategy; customer care
• Other work contents as required by the company's management
