• Control and evaluate the quality of raw materials, finished products, and semi-finished products imported and exported and stored in the warehouse according to company procedures.
• Manage standardization work, organize testing/inspection of fertilizer products.
• Directly check input materials, check output product quality to control product quality as declared. If the analysis results do not meet the requirements, you must immediately notify the department head.
• Coordinate with the Materials Department to evaluate suppliers.
• Manage laboratory equipment and machinery.
• Classify and detect defective semi-finished products and finished products and provide solutions.
• Evaluate and classify the quality of returned products: quality, quantity, cause.
• Perform other arising tasks: coordinate issues related to current production technology applied in the factory.
• Contact and exchange information with departments within the company and process and resolve internal requests.
• Draft and carry out procedures to announce the quality of new products and re-registered products.
• Plan activities for the Week/Month/Quarter/Year and arrange departmental work implementation.
• Improve factory quality control processes.
• Report to the Department Head and Board of Directors on the quality situation at the factory.
• Perform other tasks within capacity as requested by superiors.
