- Job details:

- Analyze data and production processes to propose improvement solutions.

- Design and optimize production lines and operating processes.

- Implement improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce costs.

- Assisting in cost management and business performance analysis (P/L ratio).

- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve the factory's production efficiency.

- Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Proficient in office computer skills.

- Preference will be given to candidates with additional English/Japanese language skills.

- Capable of analyzing and statistically processing data.

- Proficient in using Excel and Power BI
