JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a craft workshop guide to lead guests in craft workshops (making medicated oil, painting, pottery, hand embroidery, etc.).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide guests to participate in handicraft workshops (making medicated oil, painting, pottery, hand embroidery, etc.).
• Make sure all the necessary materials, tools, and space are ready before the workshop.
• Introduce the process, products, and related cultural/traditional significance.
• Interact with and support customers throughout the practice process, ensuring everyone completes the product.
• Gather feedback and suggestions for improving the workshop experience.
• Ensure the safety of guests throughout the workshop.
• Maintain a professional and friendly image for the brand.
• Report on workshop results (number of participants, feedback, materials used).

REQUEST:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and clear presentation skills.
• Friendly, patient, and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Possesses knowledge or skills in crafts or arts (further training will be provided).
• Knowing a foreign language (basic conversational English) is an advantage.
• Capable of managing small groups (530 guests/session).

To succeed in this role, essential skills include: Management skills, along with problem-solving skills.
To meet the job requirements, knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Support is necessary.
