Conduct recruitment, attract potential candidates , evaluate candidates, schedule job interviews, and ensure the team aligns with the company's core values and development direction.
Establish a clear organizational structure, job descriptions, work processes, and career progression paths for each position.
Implement training programs, assess capabilities, and improve work processes to enhance work performance.
Managing personnel records , timekeeping, calculating personal income tax, storing and updating personnel information, preparing employment contracts and being responsible for other written contracts, etc.
Establish a competitive compensation and benefits policy that complies with labor laws and internal regulations.
Building and promoting internal corporate culture , directly designing and implementing internal engagement programs (happy hours, workshops, team building, company trips, holiday events) to enhance team spirit.
Identify potential talents and propose optimal solutions for human resource management.
Collaborate with the CEO to maintain and improve a people-centered work environment.

Skills/Expertise
Graduated from a college/university with a major in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or other related fields.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Knowledgeable in labor law, with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and compensation and benefits.
Strong communication, analytical, planning, and time management skills, and excellent performance.
Pros:
