JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consulting, using instructions and answering questions and complaints from customers of MoMo E-wallet via hotline, application and email
- Customer care staff will only do specialized tasks and support to receive calls via the task call hotline in case of need many calls, application errors, transaction errors, ... according to the instructions of the Manager.
- Record information on the system and transfer tickets to relevant departments to handle customer problems if any
