Job details:- Track requests and assist in handling customer inquiries
- Ensure work progress of the department and assigned work
- Make reports on customer status & company activities
- Support department heads/deputy heads with other assigned tasks as required
- Flexible working hours, online and part-time work.
Job requirements:- Have good English skills, IELTS 6.5 or higher.
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Careful and meticulous personality
- Having experience working in academic support and knowing Chinese is an advantage
