Monitor and update information on bidding packages;
Prepare a full set of bidding documents including: quotation, sales contract, bidding and all other necessary capacity documents. Ensure participation in bid documents and ensure timely submission of documents to units before bid closing time;
Combine relevant departments at the company to complete bid submission directly or online;
Monitor bidding results from bidding units and bidding authorizing companies;
Archiving bid documents, bid authorization documents and related documents;
Implement, monitor, manage and expedite the acceptance, handover and payment process for successful contracts;
Support for settlement, acceptance, handover, project liquidation and other tasks;
Perform other tasks as directed by Management and Board of Directors;
