*MAIN JOB:
- Translate forms, review documents, complete and add missing items.
- Prepare residence status applications, visa applications, flight records and other necessary documents according to working procedures.
- Exchange and receive information about documents with the union to fully complete all types of documents according to regulations.
- Coordinate with support departments to handle arising issues related to Interns.

- Graduated from University of Japanese Language Department (priority given to Hanoi University, Foreign Trade University, Hanoi National University)
- Minimum Japanese N3 hard.
- Priority is given to having experience in preparing documents in the field of labor export.
- Agile, skilled in using computers, skilled in teamwork and independent work.
