- Receive recruitment needs from superiors, post news, filter resumes, arrange interviews, carry out job acceptance procedures, and hand over to the receiving department.
- Update profile information (personnel, contracts, official documents) on data, and store and manage records.
- Monitor and evaluate the working process, sign labor contracts, addendums, re-sign, appoint and dismiss according to the decision of the Board of Directors.
- Monitor employees' lateness, early departure, leave, summarize timesheets and calculate salaries.
- Monitor and implement welfare procedures (travel, birthday, wedding, sickness...) for Company employees.
- Receive incoming and outgoing letters and dispatches and deliver them to recipients. Receive shipping information, make an order, and contact the shipping unit to pick up the goods.
- Carry out social insurance and unemployment insurance when there are increases or decreases, regimes, etc.
- Manage drinking water, stationery, consumer goods, and other arising items and tools.
- Register for tax code and family deductions for employees.
- Participate in developing, drafting and promulgating policies and regulations related to employee regimes in accordance with the Company's regulations and the Law.
- Develop and implement KPIs for departments.
- Carry out some administrative tasks arising at the request of upper management.
