Job Description

    Job Description:

    Receptionist work (80%)

    • Manage the reception area, guest room, and meeting room to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and scientificity.
    • Receive, arrange and organize internal meetings or meetings with customers/partners;
    • Operate the telephone switchboard and connect to relevant departments.
    • Receive and deliver documents, parcels, and letters via express delivery services.
    • Customer profile translation service
    • Draft, issue and archive company documents and records.
    • Purchase and pay for company expenses; office supplies; office equipment.

    Internal communication (10%)

    • Write news articles summarizing activities, birthday greetings, announcements, company events; communicate policies to all employees.
    • Support the organization of internal events of the Company: Birthday programs, Year-End party events, Travel,

    Other tasks assigned by direct manager (10%)

    Assist the Head of Human Resources and the Board of Directors of the company in performing other tasks when requested.

    Job requirements:
    Level

    • Female, College or University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, related.
