Job Description:
Receptionist work (80%)
- Manage the reception area, guest room, and meeting room to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and scientificity.
- Receive, arrange and organize internal meetings or meetings with customers/partners;
- Operate the telephone switchboard and connect to relevant departments.
- Receive and deliver documents, parcels, and letters via express delivery services.
- Customer profile translation service
- Draft, issue and archive company documents and records.
- Purchase and pay for company expenses; office supplies; office equipment.
Internal communication (10%)
- Write news articles summarizing activities, birthday greetings, announcements, company events; communicate policies to all employees.
- Support the organization of internal events of the Company: Birthday programs, Year-End party events, Travel,
Other tasks assigned by direct manager (10%)
Assist the Head of Human Resources and the Board of Directors of the company in performing other tasks when requested.
Job requirements:
Level
- Female, College or University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, related.
- Expertise and experience
- Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Priority is given to those who have the ability to do internal communications and unite the collective spirit.
- Skill
- Communication, persuasion.

- Proficient in office software;
