Receptionist, welcoming guest;
Prepare meeting rooms, conferences;
 Receive postal, goods;
 Documentary archives;
 Follow up postal, water, stationery, canteen, taxi…;
Follow up and control services from outsource vendors;
 Follow up and manage uniform;
 Follow up and making payment of all expenses related to HR dept.;
Support to translate documents;
Support to hold Company's events, annual trip, YEP…
Experts and related issues; visa, work permit and relevant documents
Any required company-wide initiatives
Any others duties as assigned by Supervisor
