- Carrying out transportation and delivery to customers in accordance with regulations and procedures of the Company, ensuring punctuality, accurate and complete orders, preserving goods on the road without scratches, dents, damage .
-Help customers receive goods, attentive and enthusiastic customer service attitude.
- Detailed instructions, support to classify goods to help customers quickly receive goods.
-Perform the collection of goods from customers and pay for the goods to the Accounting Department of the Supermarket after delivery according to regulations.
-Implement customer satisfaction assessment, receive customer inquiries and complaints and reflect to relevant departments.
-Make, deliver and store documents directly related to the delivery as prescribed.
-Updating information about orders and goods handed over to customers on the software.
-Responsible for cases of loss in transportation and incorrect documents according to regulations.
- Cooperate, exchange information closely with related departments to support each other to serve customers well.
