1. Consulting, setting up the system for the new shop:
- Search for potential customers.
- Follow up the design and construction process. Contact relevant service partners for support.
- Acceptance of works, setup according to the company's system standards.
2. Operating the restaurant system:
- Periodically visit the shop according to the monthly plan;
- General inspection (hygiene, product quality, facilities, ...)
- Control the export - import - stock of the shop's goods;
- Control the coffee sales volume of the shop according to the order frequency;
- Handling errors (if any) about coffee quality;
- Proposing a plan and resolving within its competence as soon as it is discovered that the system of coffee shops uses other coffee sources than VIVA;
- Evaluate the operation according to the company's standards.
- Monitor the revenue of the restaurant in the management area, in order to promote revenue;
3. Customer care/investor: Coordinate with related departments/departments to implement the restaurant's issues:
- Legal documents related to the operation of the shop (food safety, fire prevention, ...)
4. Other jobs
- Make daily work reports, deploy at the end of the day meeting to handle arising problems without leaving a backlog;
