Work content:
-Perform all work from handling goods before shipping to and from;
- Accurate inventory of goods, capture inventory, out of stock and goods to be imported;
- Receiving orders and checking goods in stock to return orders to customers easily and efficiently;
- Be responsible for checking the documents related to the export and import of the warehouse in accordance with regulations;
- Directly participate in and supervise the import process;
- Fully check the quantity and design according to the requirements of the order, then sign for receipt;
- Save related documents and transfer to the accounting department;
- Participating in negotiations and exchanges with customers (mainly Chinese customers).

Requirements on qualifications and experience of foreign workers:
- Qualification: College degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or related majors
- Having an understanding of the business field in which the Company is operating, and at the same time having at least 05 (five) years of experience in supervising and operating warehouses at foreign companies.
- Regarding foreign language skills: Employees must be fluent in Chinese to be able to communicate with customers as well as operate the sales management system, control documents, data and orders in Chinese.
