Describe:

• Understand customer needs, come up with design concepts, build proposals and present.
• Convey customer requests to relevant departments for the most consistent understanding.
• Monitor work according to implementation plan.
• Coordinate with the content team, design, implement and propose project implementation plans, present ideas, and flexibly resolve project issues with customers.
• Mobilize and allocate team personnel according to the requirements of each job
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

Request:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a planner or equivalent position.
• Good English, can communicate in English - Present in English.
• Creative thinking, always updated with new event organization technologies. Able to adapt well to the constantly developing trends of the industry.
• Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good proposal drafting skills.
• Persistent, eager to learn, willing to listen to wishes and suggestions from customers and colleagues.
