WORK CONTENT - Disassembling the volume of materials, supplies, accessories for interior/exterior items.
- Prepare quotation to send to sales department upon request
- Prepare and check technical specifications, estimates of raw materials, main supplies and auxiliary supplies for the production of each item, and send them to the Head of Department for consideration;
- Completing, arranging, storing quotation documents and dissecting volumes as required;
- Collect and develop cost norms and types of unit prices suitable to the market from time to time, each product;
- Monitor the implementation of dissection, adjust the dissection when there is information change from the technical department, QC, Production workshop...
- Prepare periodic summary reports as required by superiors.
POWER - Working under the direction and supervision of the Head of Planning - Technical Department;
- Have the right to request relevant departments to promptly transfer necessary reports and data for the work they are in charge of.
- Receive, reflect and classify information to Management level
- Control and require cooperation between departments in the process of processing work
- Propose ideas to build and improve the working process
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (According to competency standards) Education/Diploma
- Graduated from College or above majoring in Engineering, Construction Economics;
Work experience
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in interior quotation positions;
- Knowledge of furniture materials.
Knowledge
- Know how to use professional software autocard, Sketchup, 2D, 3D, 3DS max and other software for work;
- Proficient in using word, excel and other software;
Work skill
- Ability to think creatively; Analytical thinking synthesis;
- Ability to synthesize, process information and report;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
