Job duties
- Break down the budget according to the assignment of the superior.
- Prepare economic and technical reports, projects.
- Receive and execute quotation request documents from Sales & Marketing Department (Investor/designer).
- Read and understand drawings, perform mass dissection; Calculating the estimated cost of interior decoration materials and furniture for interior decoration construction projects in order to complete the bidding documents.
- Monitor, check and coordinate, support the purchasing department to work with suppliers & subcontractors to control input prices & import goods for the project
- Calculating the value of acceptance for each time and finalizing the work.
- Make the arising quotation (after the contract).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager and the Board of General Directors.

Request
- Graduated from high school or college or higher in related field.
- At least 1 year of interior design experience.
- Proficient in office computer and basic accounting software.
- Good under pressure, able to listen and learn, high spirit and responsibility, work hard.
- Ability to manage work, ability to read and understand drawings.
