- Read and understand drawings.
- Separate the volume of materials and labor.
- Make quotation (interior design of apartment, townhouse, villa...) and send to customer.
- Contact subcontractors for quotes, analyze market prices.
- Compare and check customer quotes with subcontractor prices.
- Prepare payment records for subcontractors.
- Make contracts, request payments, issue invoices.
- Summarize invoices and send to the chief accountant department.
- Project revenue and expenditure management.
- Search for products: Lamps, paintings.... by design.
REQUEST:
- Understand technical specifications and materials on the market in the furniture industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in interior design.
- Grasp the material prices on the market.
- Love interior design, careful, professional.
- Professional working style, able to withstand work pressure.
