Main responsibility:

+ Implement/build/coordinate/monitor/evaluate/report project programs
• Ensure plans are executed to achieve the program vision and goals.
• Participate in building and contributing to project plans at monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual levels.
• Ensure projects and activities in charge are implemented and achieve the best results.
• Participate in monitoring and ensuring project progress.
• Develop and implement assessments according to regulations.
• Complete reports within the prescribed time.
+ Sponsorship activities
• Carry out sponsorship activities to maintain good relationships between KFHI, sponsored children and sponsors.
• Build a safe environment and ensure children's rights to help children participate in activities according to the sponsorship strategy.
• Build relationships between KFHI, schools and parents to ensure the building of a comprehensive educational environment.

Requirements for candidates:

+ Graduated from majors in the field of community development such as: Social work, public health,...
+ Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of community development, with priority given to candidates with experience working in non-governmental organizations.
+ Necessary skills:
- Speak and write well in English and Vietnamese.
- Have skills in translating English documents.
- Good skills in using software to collect, process and analyze data.
- Good office computer skills including word, excel and powerpoint.
- Confident, dynamic, able to present in front of crowds.
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting.
- Have communication skills, promote and maintain good relationships between project stakeholders.
- Have good planning, time management and teamwork skills
- Can withstand work pressure, be diligent and hard-working to be able to regularly go to the field.
- Loves community work and wants to help vulnerable people in society. In particular, having experience working with children is an advantage.
