Observe security, ensure security and order in the lobby area
Preserve lobby equipment to prevent loss or damage to furniture in the building lobby.
Assist guests with carrying heavy or bulky items if possible and when needed.
Assist guests in calling taxis or other means of transportation when needed. Assist in transporting personal belongings to vehicles or taxis.
Update and understand the information of the building and the facilities provided by the building to be able to provide information quickly and accurately to customers and tenants when necessary.
Observe traffic in the lobby to avoid security risks in time.
