JOB DETAILS
- Develop and assign KPIs/Goals to the unit and check weekly progress and results.
- Monitor, urge and update reports on completion progress, system-wide revenue results, TSML insurance liabilities (internal assets) weekly/monthly to Vp. General Director of Insurance Business, Board of Directors of HHi.
- Actively solve problems when they arise in the process of interaction and exchange with relevant departments and units to ensure progress, quality and sales results.

- Building monthly emulation programs for sales and units in the system.
- Reconcile accounting data according to the tripartite process on a monthly basis, revenue, commissions with partners and accountants. Receive, review and report the progress of commission payments by the company's accountants to units and sales.
- Advise, propose, critique ideas to find the optimal solution for the work.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad hoc reports as required for the operation of the Company.
- Organize and store records, documents and forms in accordance with the Company's regulations on storing operational data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and authorized by the Head of Non-life Business Development Department
