Job Description

• Calculate reasonable routes, time and transportation costs for vehicles
• Allocate a reasonable amount of shipments for company and partner vehicles
• Monitor the status of the shipment as well as the process of the driver running the goods for timely support
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure delivery schedule Driver, Customer Care, Field, Customs clearance & Accounting
• Record costs incurred, attached documents and make a list of costs for each shipment
• Update shipment status & changes if any to customers & related departments
• Report directly to the Head of Dispatch Management.
