 Coordinate drivers, receive and execute vehicle dispatch orders according to the assigned itinerary.
 Check the vehicle's operation on the Software and motivate the driver to follow the correct itinerary and schedule according to the implemented plan.
 Arrange, track, check and manage materials.
 Supervise truck operations during work shifts, including company vehicles and outsourced vehicles
 Monitor and update the truck's operating schedule: route, vehicle departure/arrival time, vehicle travel time according to designated routes.
 Responsible for and supervise the delivery and receipt of goods between relevant departments, coordinate and arrange work for the logistics team to ensure the goods transit route.
 Coordinate with departments and divisions to perform related work.
 Update the actual daily operations of the truck fleet, make daily and weekly reports.
 Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
 Directly responsible for the entire truck operating process (Human Resources - Drivers, Vehicles - Trucks, Operational Performance) ensuring smooth and effective operations.
