Come up with ideas and plan events:
- Develop ideas and make detailed plans for each event of Vinapharma Group's Distributors and Distributors and internal events such as training, meetings, and year-end reviews.
- Event organization and coordination:
- Responsible for organizing and implementing events according to the established timeline and checklist.
- Coordinate relevant departments and individuals to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Monitor and evaluate:
- Supervise the event implementation process, ensuring everything happens according to plan and approved budget.
- Evaluate event effectiveness and prepare summary reports to send to management.
- Contact and evaluate suppliers:
- Contact, work and evaluate suppliers to select and deploy event services when necessary.
- Internal management of event organization department:
- Coordinate and assign work to department members, ensuring highest work efficiency.
- Responsible to the Director
