Record order information into the Company system
Interact and resolve problems related to goods for the Package Receiving Officer to help the receiving process run smoothly.
Manage the pick-up and return of orders by the Package Receiving Officer
Update daily, report order processing status to superiors as required
Directly receive customer feedback on all order-related information and handle customer requests and questions.
Coordinate and perform operations related to lawsuits, handling, damage, and goods complaints; Update full status - correct procedures on the system and on packages according to regulations
Support packaging and safe storage of goods when required by agreement with customers.
2. Materials and goods at the post office :
Support the Sales Team Leader (Business PIC) to preserve and inventory the fixed asset system provided, operated and used at the post office.

Ensure hygiene and discipline of the Post Office in accordance with Company regulations
