POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE WORK CONTENT:- Receive the company's customer list through the system
- Make outbound calls to support customers with payment information
- Remind customers of overdue fees
- Report to Management Level
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the finance/real estate/insurance/consulting/customer service industry
- No experience, will train
- Positive thinking, flexible handling of situations, hardworking, and a sense of responsibility towards work
RIGHT:- Commit to working on time, no overtime
- Training is still counted officially
- Fixed salary: 7,200,000 VND + Bonus + Sales bonus (Not deducted by KPI)
