Job Description

• Always observe greeting and taking care of customers in the arranged working area.
• Perform cash, credit card, point purchase and reward transactions for customers and necessary documents accurately and completely.
• Respond promptly to the conditions of machine players according to requests such as paying rewards, buying points, guiding players...
• Provide timely, accurate customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Clean machines regularly and report any damage to superiors.
• Support and assist colleagues to best meet customer needs
• Provide information on customer benefits & Club marketing programs
• Comply with the rules and regulations of the Club
