Job Description
1. Prepare project documents, feasibility study reports, submissions...; 2. Analyze bidding documents to prepare bidding plans; 3. Coordinate with departments to prepare bidding documents (including capacity profiles, estimates, techniques, implementation plans...). Complete bidding documents as required by the Investor 4. Make a list of suppliers and accompanying subcontractors 5. Contact suppliers and subcontractors to get quotes for bidding projects 6. Carry out bidding work (online, in person); 7. Prepare contract and contract negotiation documents. 8. Monitor project implementation progress, handle situations and tasks that arise during project implementation. 9. Prepare project settlement documents. 10. Plan to sign a maintenance contract after the warranty period expires. 11. Work support for the City. General Administration.
