Job description:
+ Receive customer requests (flight tickets, hotels, visas), provide advice, quotes, make bookings, issue tickets, and track the entire itinerary.
+ Use the following booking systems: Amadeus (1A), Sabre (1S), Galileo (1G), Abacus (1B) and domestic websites such as Vietjet Air, Jetstar, Bamboo...
+ Proficient in booking tickets with budget airlines: AirAsia, Scoot, Vietravel Airlines, etc.
+ Responsible for all bookings and tickets issued by them.
+ Professional communication with domestic and international clients.
+ Coordinate with the accounting department to track and collect outstanding debts on time.
Job requirements:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience as an airline ticket booker.
+ Proficient in Amadeus (1A). Knowing how to use Sabre, Galileo, and Abacus is a great advantage.
+ Ability to handle situations quickly, work carefully, accurately, and responsibly.
