Mission:
- Develop training plans, select methods, estimate costs, time and duration of training programs
- Find out information and analyze professional/skill training needs from departments
- Design and develop training content and training materials
- Supervising and organizing training programs (internal and external)
- Direct integration training for new employees, training some office skills, corporate culture...
- Organize the evaluation of training results
- Other tasks as requested by the team leader or department head.
REQUEST:
a. Experience and expertise
- Male/Female, University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, Business Administration or related majors
- Experience in training is preferred, especially in-house training at large-scale manufacturing and trading companies.
- Understanding the training work, training process in the enterprise
b. Personality and skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent English with 4 skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- High sense of discipline, able to work under pressure
- Agile, dynamic, always have a spirit of learning and creativity at work
- Persistence, ready to face challenges and always adapt to change
