Job Description

• Maintain, review and improve the management system, ensuring the company's quality is in accordance with existing standards and laws.
• Ensure HACCP, prerequisite programs in the company are maintained and complied with, ensuring products produced meet the required quality and standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to evaluate new product manufacturing process
• Discuss with RD on setting standards for raw materials, packaging and finished products
• Plan and conduct internal audits periodically. Monitor progress and make revisions after internal audits.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve and handle incidents, customer complaints, product and material non-conformities. Investigate causes and make recommendations for solutions.
• Prepare documents and materials and welcome assessment teams at the company. Plan to edit and complete documents after assessment.
• Manage relevant records and documents.
• Support other work related to quality system management process as required

Candidate requirements

• Qualification: University of Food Technology, Biotechnology
• Foreign language proficiency: Average English, good reading and writing
• Computer skills: Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experienced in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 certifications
• There are no foodborne diseases.
