- Guide guests to use the services of the Observation Deck at the following locations: ticket counters, information counters, photo booths, souvenir shops,... - Support in the promotion and organization of events at the Observatory - Answer customer inquiries about services and events at the observatory - Support advertising and support related events - Ensure daily OD activities are up to standard - Support to check temperature at B5 when needed
