• Plan, schedule and coordinate livestream sessions on platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Coordinate with MCs, KOLs, KOCs, production team and related departments to ensure the livestream session runs smoothly.
• Supervise the pre-livestream preparation process: check equipment, products, script, images, lighting, sound.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues that arise during livestreaming to ensure content quality and viewer experience.
• Control content, interact with audience and guide MC to optimize livestream performance.
• Analyze the performance of each livestream session (views, sales, conversion rate) and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing team to optimize livestream promotion and increase reach.
• Monitor livestream trends, propose new ideas to improve sales efficiency.

Request:

• 1 year of experience working in the field of livestream, e-commerce, marketing or events.
• Understanding of livestream platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, LazLive .
• Have skills in managing, organizing work and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Flexible and quick problem-solving skills to deal with problems that arise during livestream.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment, especially during peak sales periods.
• Knowing how to use livestream support tools is an advantage.
