Job Description:

• Ensure 2-3 content/day (Write captions, scripts for short tiktok videos)
• Update, catch up with tiktok trends
• Know how to build a content funnel
• Actively work in teams
• Ensure completion of assigned work

Candidate requirements:

1. Writing and content creation skills

• Expressed clearly, easily understood, emotionally or persuasively.
• Ability to adapt content to each channel: Facebook, TikTok, Website, Email, etc.
• Know how to create catchy headlines, attractive openings, and clear CTA.

2. Understand the product and the customer

• Ability to research products, services and target audiences.
• Know how to say exactly what the customer needs to hear, without rambling.

3. Proficiency in digital platforms

• Know how to write content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), especially captions and short video scripts.
• Know how to use support tools: Canva, ChatGPT, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, etc.

4. Have a marketing and storytelling mindset

• Know how to link content to marketing goals: increase awareness, close deals, build brand.
• Know how to tell stories to impress and connect emotionally.

5. Know how to evaluate content effectiveness

• Know how to read basic metrics: reach, interaction, conversion (if any).
• Know how to optimize content based on real results.

6. Teamwork and deadline skills

• Communicate clearly, get good feedback.
• Know how to coordinate with design, ads, sales, fanpage management.
• Work on schedule and be responsible for the content you write.

7. Priority if additional:

• Experience in content creation in similar industry.
• Have a portfolio, fanpage, personal blog that shows your writing style.
• Ability to write sales content, viral content, SEO content.
