work content - Technical understanding of machinery for production. - Fix and participate in repairing machinery problems in the workshop (if any) - Operate machinery according to correct procedures, ensuring safety and achieving labor productivity. - Adjust the technical parameters of production machines so that the product meets requirements. - Manage and control assigned machinery and equipment. - Resolve incidents during shifts (for on-duty technicians) in the most reasonable and thorough manner. - Be assigned by team leaders to perform daily team work and complete assigned work.
