I/ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer care assigned:
- Ask for the price of goods imported from foreign agents, quote, make estimates, advise customers on the optimal shipping method.
- Book imported goods, check ship plans, check bills, track ships, declare MNF, issue delivery orders, authorize customers.
- Ask for shipping line prices, export co-loaders, quotes for customers, cost estimates.
- Get the order of export goods, Submit SI, VGM, make a bill for export goods.
- Coordinate with HP, HCM, Da Nang, Noi Bai departments and offices to do the domestic stages of the shipment.
- Developing customers according to the company's orientation.
- Get a list of customers and follow and develop customers according to the company's direction.
II/ SKILL REQUIRED:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar position
- Have job management skills, enthusiasm and desire to increase income, priority is given to team management skills.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- English: Listening, speaking and writing fluently
