1. Job content:
- Support and advise customers on issues related to Import-Export operations.
- Prepare a full set of Import-Export documents (Booking, Invoice, Packing List, Manifest,...)
- Manage and track documents related to logistics activities, bills of lading and other documents
- Monitor and update information on goods status and shipping schedules
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to ensure effective communication and coordination during the processing process
- Support contacting customers. Resolve problems that arise during the delivery process
- Check the validity of CO/CQ documents. Support customs procedures upon receipt of goods
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and compliance with relevant legal regulations
- Some tasks as requested by superiors.

2. Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Fluency in English
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the Logistics field, especially in Forwarding companies.
- Good at using MS office (especially Excel).
- Be careful, have a high sense of responsibility.
- Graduated from university majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Customs.
