Job details
- Receive goods information and monitor the shipment process:
+ Receive and check shipment information upon receipt from customers/related departments;
+ Monitor the goods delivery process with customers;
- Documentation work:
+ Create Biz Code, update information; manage customer records in the system;
+ Making Truck Bill, Proof of delivery (POD);
+ Act as INV/PKL when required;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out shipments:
+ Send Pre-alert; Send container number, seal number; Truck Bill,...
+ Remind Agent to update shipment status;
+ Receive and notify relevant departments of arising issues; Coordinate processing and monitoring until processing is completed;
+ Combined with accounting to monitor customer debt combined with sales planning...
+ Monitor debts of garages, container contractors,... make payment requests to partners on time.
- Manage and store all documents, records and vouchers related to each shipment;
