JOB DETAILS:
The position of FANPAGE ORDER CLOSING STAFF involves managing the company's FanPage, responding to customer messages, providing advice, and closing sales.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the company's FanPage, reply to customer messages, provide advice, and close sales.
- DO NOT make phone calls to find customers, DO NOT actively seek out new customers.
REQUEST:
- 23-35 years old.
- Standard Mandarin pronunciation is easy to understand, and communication is good.
- I have a personal laptop.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales consulting experience.
- To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in communication skills, ability to use consulting techniques, understanding of persuasion, experience with telesales, and knowledge of problem-solving.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: a strong understanding of Salesperson roles, relevant sales knowledge, experience working with Fanpage Admins, understanding of Sales Admin roles, and knowledge of Sales Consulting.
